Meghalayas' Living Bridges

If you have a couple of minutes to kill watch this amazing video about the construction of living bridges in Meghalaya - north-eastern India. The landscape is divided by a multitude of rivers and streams, and the people for generations have been constructing bridges made from the roots of Fig trees. Beautiful and rightly described as the 'purest form of sustainable architecture'.
