A few weeks ago we were treated to a very special dinner by Kelly Gibney from Bonnie Delicious. I decided to give one of her dishes a go, as it was such a great vege salad. If you are looking for something a bit different, really easy and tasty I couldn't recommend it more highly. It was a piece of cake to make ! HOLLY CLARKE
